Isolation work

Isolation Schoolwork

Hello fellow bloggers.

Today in isolation was our fourth school day, after being in isolation for four weeks including the holidays. The way we communicated with our teachers and each other well in isolation was using a website called google chat. We were asked to complete our usual literacy and numeracy work, for literacy we had to read a book and answer the questions using a site called actively learn we also had to make a scratch animation with a person and an animal talking and to add what we thought we would say if we came across a talking animal using dialogue and themes.
For our numeracy work, we had to make a scratch animation on the areas of a circle diameter, circumference, chord, etc and we also had to make a picture that used circles.
Here is the work that we have been asked to do (both literacy and numeracy) the top one is literacy and the bottom two are numeracy.

  1. Hey Henry, great work! Your literacy and numeracy scratch animations are awesome. I love that you made your circle animation interactive, very clever idea. Great picture using circles as well. I wonder what the rules would be for an oval? Maybe something you could research! Keep up the great work and have an awesome week. Caitlin :)
